In 1992, Manuela and Uwe Schmitz founded FRANKONIA Eurobau on a foundation that has already produced generations of master builders. These family roots continue to influence the company's attitude and actions to this day. That is why the Schmitz family feels an obligation to residents, buyers and investors as well as to the respective community in its work and activities. 

In over 30 years, this sense of responsibility has given rise to unique urban quarters and building ensembles as places of encounter, inspiration and joie de vivre. Their location, their social, cultural and aesthetic facets make each one a precious jewel whose value will endure for generations.
