The people of Düsseldorf love their city, and it's a great place to live. What they have always known is regularly confirmed by the consultancy firm, Mercer: according to their study, the quality of life in Düsseldorf is better than in any other German city.

The Andreas Quartier distils the city's great quality of life and makes it central. Four buildings with a large number of freehold flats are being created in the heart of the city. As is the case in Düsseldorf itself, the flats in this development also combine trends and traditions.

The classic interior of these residences will be enhanced by a modern fit-out and technical sophistication. The flats combine the best of both worlds to produce a unique and hugely livable atmosphere. And the same goes for the development as a whole which can serve both as a peaceful retreat, and as the starting point for forays into the vibrant life of the city.
